There are not many technical demands nor range difficulties. Perhaps the greatest challenge will be style: performers should keep the articulation light throughout. Most high school-level brass players could perfect and perform this piece, c. 3:10 without repeats. Sextet No. 2 would be suitable for fextivals, recitals, concerts and other special occasions.
