The lead moves around the parts and so this is indicated to make sure that the appropriate line remains prominent. Pay attention to all the tenuto and staccato marks. Make sure that the ff in measures 26, 42, 52, and at the end are as loud as you can get them without overblowing. The fluid lines of the lyrical middle section will test your powers of concentration.
