Six partitas for 2 violins, gamba (violoncello) & b. c. Bach was impressed by Reincken and arranged some of Reinckens themes from HORTUS MUSICUS (1687) for harpsichord (BWV 954, 965). The ensemble Les Cyclopes recorded HORTUS MUSICUS for the label Pierre Verany (PV 796052). Also Reinhardt Goebel recorded this music (Durata each volume: ca. 28 ).
