Here is a concise and playable version of the well-known classic by Rimsky-Korsakov. Using themes from The Sea and Sinbad's Ship Jay Bocook skillfully adapts this work for young players while stillmaintaining crucial elements from the original orchestration. After the powerful unison opening the solo cadenza can be performed either by alto sax or clarinet.
