In Triptych For Organ the first movement Melody performed alone makes a tuneful voluntary while the second movement requires more technical accomplishment. In the third movement Final the composer incorporated the Westminster Chimes.Twentieth century French Organist and composer Jean Langlais was prolific both as a creator of new works and as a recitalist travelling throughout Europe and the US. His music is complex freely tonal typical of French Organ style at this time and of great quality.
