This book is a collection of 40 traditional Irish and Scotiish tunes arranged for fingerstyle guitar; with harmonizing bass lines. These melodies were originally sung or played on fiddle tinwhistle bagpipes or harp. The first section of the book consists of airs laments pipes tunes a waltz and a love song. The remaining three section are dance tunes: reels jigs and hornpipes.
