Pomme D'Api is a one-act operette by Jacques Offenbach arranged here for Voice and Piano Accompaniment. It is said that Offenbach heard Louise Théo singing in a café and decided to centre his next work around her. The result Pomme D'Api made its première in 1873 with a libretto by Ludovic Halévy and William Busnach.
