Much of the poetry of Sara Teasdale has been set to music. Jonathan Adams' music fits well with her poetry: gentle dissonances that resolve eloquently with depth and satisfaction. As with much of her poetry the reader ispleasantly surprised to discover at half way through the piece that this is a love poem. Adams matches the music artfully. Great for high school and college.
