Symphony No. 10 is a piece composed in 2012 by innovative minimalist composer Philip Glass commissioned by the Orchestre Francais Des Jeunes for world premiere the sameyear. Symphony No. 10 is one of Glass's most recent works continuing a run of commissions that have been widely acclaimed by critics and audiences alike. The world premiere of thiscomposition in five movements was performed on August 9th 2012 under the direction of Dennis Russell Davies.
