I Saw Eternity is a choral work for mixed voices with soloists from within the choir. It was first performed by the London Philharmonic Choir in 2003. It is based on a text by Henry Vaughan ' I saw Eternity the other night Like a great Ring of pure and endless light All calm as it was bright......' a text which makes this piece suitable for a variety of contexts both sacred and secular.The Faber Choral Signature Series introduces a wealth of new or recently written choral music to choirs in search of fresh repertoire.
