Rob Goorhuis: Preludio: Concert Band: Score

Goorhuis' atmospheric Preludio - a small piece he wrote as a commission from his publishing house which also distributes his music- was chosen as a serene interlude for the CD Les Marteaux de la Marine. Preludio breathes a natural calm and offers the listener the full gamut of wondrous sonorities which have distinguished and endeared the wind-band to audiences all over the world. Speciaal voor de CD Les marteaux de la marine componeerde Goorhuis het sfeervolle Preludio als rustpunt op de CD. Preludio ademt een natuurlijke rust uit en biedt de luisteraar een prachtig scala aan klanken welke het harmonie-orkest zo karakteristiek en geliefd maakt. Kleurrijkge nstrumenteerd gebaseerd op eenvoud en daardoor een juweeltje op het concertprogramma.
