Freidrich (Fritz) Seitz (1848-1918) was a German composer and violinist. He wrote over fifty works mostly for educational purposes many of which are still in popular use today. His Student Concerto No. 5 (Schüler-Concert Nr. 5; Op. 22) was written for Violin and Piano in three movements.
