(Piano Reduction) Horn Quartet or Quintet-In the Mind's Eye is a concert piece inspired by visual art. Visual artists and composers have often been influenced by each other's work; James Beckel took inspiration from five paintings to compose In the Mind's Eye employing musical effects that replicate various brush stroke techniques.
