The set of sonatas that comprise his Opus No. 5 is Jean Baptiste Loeillet's last known work. This volume contains the opening half of this set (La Livre Premier) numbers 1-3 in flexible setting for Flute Oboe or Violin with Continuo. Originally written for Wind instruments but this fabuous realization and arrangement by Paul Everett allow for accurate renditions on any of the listed instruments. Suitable for players of grade 3 - 5 standard.
