Par WILLIAMS RODERICK. A gently flowing 3-minute arrangement by Roderick Williams for SATB (with divisi) with piano accompaniment that captures the beauty of this famous traditional Hebridean love song. The song text uses both old dialect and English, each verse ending with the words, 'Sad am I without thee'. Commissioned by The Sixteen choir and recorded on their 2021 album ‘Goodnight Beloved'. Roderick Williams is a composer/arranger and also a world-renowned baritone.
