Par BINGHAM JUDITH. A ten-minute suite consisting of four short pieces aimed at providing aspiring organists with new and progressive repertoire. These pieces celebrate different aspects of a child’s Christmas as seen from an adult perspective and takes influence from the text ‘A Box of Delights’ by John Masefield, with its magical and pagan overtones. In the music there are quotations from other Bingham pieces, and from Christmas carols.
