Prelude shows influence of Bach Well-Tempered Clavier with its exciting perpetual motion and modulating sequences; fascinating harmonies and exciting build-up to the conclusion of the Prelude. Fugue has melodic subject with interesting development that is fantasy-like with richer texture, excellent for both church and concert, with a moderately difficult pedal part.
