The facsimile edition of Max Reger's Praludium and Fugue in G minor op. 117,2 is meant for music lovers and violinists alike. Music enthusiasts also treasure the strongly expressive musical handwriting of Reger, with its colorful remarks, as an example of graphic individuality. The four-page facsimile, which is inserted loosely in the accompanying text by Jurgen Schaarwachter, offers violinists the possibility to perform this work from 1909 directly from the autograph completed by the composer.
