In this adaptation of the first movement from Vivaldi's familiar Baroque masterpiece, the two solo parts have been cleverly incorporated into the standard string orchestra parts. Lively canonic melodies are passed from section to section, giving everyone the chance to shine and encouraging them to develop a strong sense of rhythmic independence.
