As a companion to the André Navarra edition of the Schumann Cello Concerto (50485247) legendary cello master's approach to the Dvorák Cello Concerto includes Navarra's interpretive and technical insights into the piece. Marcel Bardon created this edition based on Navarra's teaching. This resulting luxurious edition includes new music engravings of the solo cello part with piano (an orchestral reduction), and editorial markings in bright blue in the cello part, in contrast to the black-notes of the original score. The package also includes a fine piano accompaniment recording by pianist Hélčne Desmoulin.
