Based on Paul Manz's organ setting of the tune GABRIEL'S MESSAGE, this is an approachable setting for SATB choir. The women (briefly) divide into three parts. Rhythmic drive is present throughout, yet does not disrupt the historic dignity of this ancient Basque Carol.
