This piece, written for two novice clarinetists, is composed using pentatonic mode, very used in traditional Chinese music. It is built in two parts: one slow introduction, followed by a rather fast theme, which is accelerating progressively up to the end. It is a perfect piece for a first duet: your students will be able to play together as soon as at the end of their first year of practice!
