This eloquent treatment of the Christmas classic is easy to work up for any holiday concert. The tune is first set to a serene 3/4 feel as the winds carry the melody with lots of lush chords. A Tenor Sax solo plays the last phrase of the melody as the feel switches to a laid back bossa nova style providing more room for an extended written or improvised Tenor solo followed by a piano solo.
