Night of Stars (in translation Nuits D'Etoiles), is an adaptation of a work for soprano and piano. The piece is a setting of a poem of the same name by Theodore de Banville. From the start, the listener is treated to melody and lush harmonies reminiscent of the French Impressionist era which conjure up images of melancholy summer evenings.
