The opening lines of each section have a certain easy, lyrical air to them in ¾, time, but the ends are more forceful in conviction and questioning: "My soul thirsts for God . . . When can I go and meet with God?" and "Where is your God?" Nothing musically complicated here, although the soprano and bass voices divide in the last two pages.
