A number of movements from Requiem for the Living by Dan Forrest comfortably stand alone. The Sanctus, movement IV from the work, is scored for divisi mixed chorus with keyboard or orchestra (full or chamber). For the advanced church, collegiate, or community ensemble, the piece could easily open a concert or be used on Christ the King Sunday.
