Recorded by Buddy Rich on his Roar Of '74 album, the success of this bright Latin/swing classic by Horace Silver depends heavily on the ability of the rhythm section to play the ostinato with confidence, precision and momentum. While the main solo work here goes to tenor and trumpet, the drummer punctuates the shout chorus with a series of short solos, then gets a wide-open chance to solo just before the final band chord.
