Burkhardt's settings always have a sense of fun and are certainly not boring for the organist! This version of the hymn tune MARION is no exception. Seven full stanzas, two choral stanzas, a verse for men's voices, a verse for women's voices. Final verse unison with descant. Effective with organ alone, there are optional brass and handbell parts.
