Travelin' Music will send you travelin along with this lively setting of an old timey fiddle tune written back in the 1850's, that we know as the Arkansas Traveler. Because the tune is somewhat pentatonic, and this brilliant setting by Pierre La Plante changes key and is masterfully scored, it is easily playable by all sections. The Barnhouse Command Series includes works at grade levels 2, 2.5, and 3.
