Instrumentation is for 2 Trumpets in C, 2 Horns, 2 Trombones & 2 Bass Trombones or for Posaunenchor of 2 Soprano Trombones, 2 Alto Trombones, 2 Tenor Trombones & 2 Bass Trombones. The work was composed in 1980 and dedicated to the Moravian Trombone Consort of Downey, California directed by the well known Bass Trombonist, Jeff Reynolds.This work would be suitable for Easter service or other services that need a deep serious tone.
