This facsimile of an original and the manuscript by Jean-Baptiste Lully is part of our French classical music collection. Documents : Partition manuscrite (Philidor). Parties separees (C. Ballard, 1684). We have reproduced the copy of the complete score by the Philidor workshop, and the separate parts from the Ballard edition. The introduction includes the annotations found in the separarte parts which belonged to Lully himself. Preface by: Philippe Lescat: bibliographical details. Jean Saint-Arroman: performance of Lully's works. Collection supervised by the musicologist Jean Saint-Arroman, professor at the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique et de Danse of Paris and at the CEFEDEM Ile de France (Training Centre for Music Teachers).
