In March 1999, Paul was finally able to get together a small group of some of the best rock musicians in the country (including David Gilmour (Pink Floyd) on guitar and Ian Paice (Deep Purple) on drums) and spent a week non-stop recreating the rock'n'roll sound, only with a new element that was all the band's own.
