Sallinen's Piano Quintet Op.85 'Des Morceaux Oubliés' was commissioned by the 'Art Culture et Tradition' in 2004 and first performed by Helge Antoni and the Quatuor Debussy at Saint-Paul-de-Vence France on October 24 2004.
