Journey by L Subramaniam was first performed by the composer and Yehudi Menuhin in 1987 to celebrate 40 years of Indian Independence. Here the piece has been arranged for Violin and Piano by the composer.The Trinity Performance Editions series showcases new works by contemporary composers. Each edition is dedicated to one composer and instrument. Many pieces from the series are featured on Trinity’s exam syllabuses whilst others are simply enjoyable to learn and play and provide great transition pieces between grades.
