'Brother James' is the familiar name by which many remember James Macbeth Bain who was born in Scotland towards the middle of the nineteenth century. This air is perhaps the most beautiful of many which came to him spontaneously. This version has been arranged for Unison Voice and Descant with Piano Accompaniment.
