Par PRITCHARD FIONA. Cooking up a Classic is a set of 10 pastiche pieces for Horn for the early grade player between grades 1 and 4. Each piece has been written in the style of a particular composer and incorporates the stylistic elements of their compositions and hints at well-known themes in some cases. This will introduce the young player to the style of music written by composers and also give them the chance to play music that either hasn’t been written for their instrument by that composer or perhaps isn’t written for horn at this level. / Niveau : INTERMEDIATE / Classique / Etude / Cor et Piano
