Kim Norton Rich has very cleverly adapted the famous Psalm 96 with a paraphrase that gives me as the composer excellent concrete images with which to work. Whenever I feel the urge to start working on another choral or solo piece I usually first go to my Kim Rich file to find another nugget that always seems to work so well for the composer.
