Everything's Coming Up Roses was composed by Stephen Sondheim (Lyrics) and Jule Styne (Music) in 1959 for the Broadway Musical Gypsy: A Musical Fable. In the original cast, the song was performed by Ethel Merman which performed it throuhout her career and also recorded it several times. In additon to the musical, the song is performed and recorded by a numerous artists and it is also featured in several movies and TV-series.
