Primo Encores is a perfect companion to All for Strings, Books 1 and 2. Like Primo Performance, it features the multiple option scoring system. The choice of keys, rhythms, and tempos have been kept within the technical limits of the beginning string class, however, many of the selections are longer than those found in the method books to allow students to display their progressing skills in a concert setting. A partial list of titles include: Arkansas Traveler, Chopsticks, Polly Wolly Doodle, Grandfather's Clock, Turkey in the Straw, Merry Widow Waltz, Pomp and Circumstance, Sleeping Beauty Waltz, White Coral Bells, and Trumpet Voluntary.
