The works of Carl Goldmark (1830-1915) are largely forgotten, though he wrote operas, songs, and a number of orchestral, chamber and piano works. This new engraving, from the composer's manuscript, is the first time these pieces have been published since 1870. Moderately difficult, they are effective concert pieces which can be successfully performed by late intermediate to early advanced players. |
