The text for this work is an adaptation of Psalm 31. A four-measure repeated 'ground' underlies the beginning and ending sections and suggests a continual turning. Above it, the choir intones quiet descending phrases of trust and prayer. Part of the National Lutheran Choir Series/NLC Series. |
