Scored for younger bands, Carl Strommen's Herald is a rousing march/fanfare. For maximum effect and richness of sound, the piece was written for full ensemble (except for meas. 27-26). Students will enjoy the regal nature of this piece and will feel as though they are playing above their experience level. |
