In addition to three Motets for Soli, Choir and Orchestra only the Motet Laboravi has survived from the sacred music of Rameau. Laboravi was published in Rameaus Traite de l'harmonie reduite a ses principes naturels in the chapter about the fugue as an exampel. But she was probably composed around 1700.
