A setting of short textual extracts from the Requiem Mass; this extended work in one movement makes use of divisi voices of 12 parts in a rhythmic polyphony of overlapping voices. The tone of the work is one of prevailing calm and optimism, suggestive of a sublime state of release in life after death. Published in the Chorus series (CH 100).
