A note from the composer: I have written the Harpsichord Concerto because I felt compelled by the instrument鈥檚 intriguing sound and relative lack of modern literature. Inspired by such great predecessors as Manuel de Falla, Bohuslav Martinu, Frank Martin, Francis Poulenc, and Henryk G贸recki, I continue in their tradition but speak with my unique voice.
