This arrangement has been set for SSAA. It is a beautiful song and will go down a storm at concerts. My choirs loved singing this too! The melody is shared mainly between Soprano 1 and Alto 1 but is full of interest for the other parts. It is also available for SSAT and SSAB. You can hear the parts on the youtube link and see for yourself if it will be suitable for your singers. I would put the level of this arrangement at easy to intermediate and suitable for community and other types of non-auditioned choirs as well as for auditioned choirs.

Sergei Vasilyevich Rachmaninoff was a Russian composer, virtuoso pianist, and conductor. Rachmaninoff is widely considered one of the finest pianists of his day and, as a composer, one of the last great representatives of Romanticism in Russian classical music. Early influences of Tchaikovsky, Rimsky-Korsakov, and other Russian composers gave way to a thoroughly personal idiom notable for its song-like melodicism, expressiveness and rich orchestral colours. The Polka Italienne (Italian Polka) is originally a piano work for two pianos. This arrangement for trombone (or Euphonium) with piano accompaniment is suitable for classroom, repertoire, recital and for a funny encore.
