Woodwind Ensemble,Woodwind Quintet Bassoon,Clarinet,Flute,Horn,Oboe - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.553211 Composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Arranged by Ray Thompson. Classical,Holiday,Standards,Wedding. 11 pages. RayThompsonMusic #13291. Published by RayThompsonMusic (A0.553211). Probabaly the most well known of Mozart’s piano Sonatas. The Piano Sonata No. 16 in C major, K. 545, by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was described by Mozart himself in his own thematic catalogue as for beginners, and it is sometimes known by the nickname Sonata facile or Sonata semplice. I have arranged the first movement. Mozart’s tempo is crotchet/quarter note = 126: I have reduced the tempo to 120..it seems less rushed for wind instruments! Written for natural horn in C basso (alt horn in F provided) Good practise for scales and arpeggios!! I have added some judicious notes of my own, here and there, to thicken the harmony, and also taken some liberties with the semiquaver passage in bars 14-17 etc.

String Trio Cello,Viola,Violin - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1375801 By Journey. By Jonathan Cain, Neal Schon, and Steve Perry. Arranged by Krista Broadway Swider. Pop,Rock. 15 pages. Krista Swider #960349. Published by Krista Swider (A0.1375801). This is song is such a great fit for string trio - 3 players is just enough to cover every part, and the iconic bass line was made for the cello, while the violin is perfect for the vocal and electric guitar solos.  The viola pulls double duty here, filling in inner voices as well as trading off the vocal line in the verse with the violin. In this arrangement, every instrument gets a turn at the melody, including a tenor clef section toward the end giving the cellist a chance to rock your world playing the chorus vocal line. Measures are numbered, parts and score are bowed, and rehearsal letters included.

String Quartet Cello,String Quartet,Viola,Violin - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1297629 Composed by Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck. Arranged by James M. Guthrie. Chamber,Contest,Early Music,Festival,Historic,Renaissance. 19 pages. Jmsgu3 #887630. Published by jmsgu3 (A0.1297629). Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck was a Dutch organist and composer who lived from April 1562 to October 16, 1621. He was born and died in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Sweelinck's first published works date from around 1592-94, and he composed a variety of music, including chansons and keyboard music. He was known for his keyboard playing and was a teacher to German composers Samuel Scheidt and Heinrich Scheidemann. Sweelinck's Echo Fantasias are significant for several reasons:Innovative composition: Echo Fantasias were a unique form of composition during Sweelinck's time, blending elements of traditional fantasias with passages dedicated to echo effects. This experimental approach showcased Sweelinck's creativity and willingness to push the boundaries of musical expression. Emphasis on the moment: Unlike Sweelinck's larger fantasias, the construction of Echo Fantasias was less strict, focusing more on the immediate musical experience rather than the overall design. This emphasis on the moment allowed for greater freedom and spontaneity in the performance of these pieces. Stylistic range: Echo Fantasias encompassed a wide range of styles, juxtaposing fantasia-like elements with passages dedicated to echo effects. This stylistic diversity added depth and complexity to Sweelinck's compositions, making them engaging and intriguing for both performers and listeners.
