Piano,Vocal,Voice - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1396550 By Elton John. By Bernie Taupin and Elton John. Arranged by Eltons Notes. Pop,Rock. Score. 21 pages. Elton's Notes #979890. Published by Elton's Notes (A0.1396550). Originally recorded on the Reg Strikes Back album in 1988, I Don't Wanna Go On With You Like That became a staple of Elton's live shows in the 1990's.This transcription is taken from the opening night of the Medusa tour in Roanoke, Virginia 1999. The Medusa tour which began in 1999 would be the last tour to feature the song in the regular setlist rotation. You will find note-for-note accurate piano and vocal lines in the sheet music and chord notations. The performance features a very difficult solo section which stretches the songs length to nearly double its original runtime. The solo is full of lightening quick flourishes, cluster chords, trills, and an unstoppable eighth-note bass hand.
