It uses a variety of tonal styles in a minimalist context. There are passages in pizzicato as well arco, staccato as well as legato. The composition is not tutti all the time, though it plays that way most of the time. The range of dynamics is pp to FF. There are slurs, but no indication of bowings. There are some changes in the meter within the movements.

It is usually found in maybe a short very simplified arrangement with about 2-4 pages, but you have here virtually the complete original work, by Johann Strauss, in an arrangement found in an early to late intermediate level with 15 pages. Very easy to memorize, just a delightful piece for a recital or performance.
