Concert Band - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1291229 Composed by Jules Massenet. Arranged by Yves Bouillot. 19th Century,Classical,Romantic Period. Score and Parts. 113 pages. Yves Bouillot #881894. Published by Yves Bouillot (A0.1291229). In 1879, a flood occurred in Szegedin, on the banks of the Tisza River, in Hungary. Catastrophic floods destroy 95% of the city in. Only 300 of the approximately 6,000 houses remain standing. International aid will then be directed to the city to rebuild it, according to new plans, in five years. The ring roads still bear the names of the towns which participated in the reconstruction to this day. Le Figaro organized a festival at the Opéra Garnier to help the victims. On this occasion, Jules Massenet wrote a Heroic March for large orchestra (including 8 saxophones). Here is a version for Concert Band, a tone lower than the original. Grade 4.
